Creative Mojo Session - 31st October 2024
🎨🖌️ Our residents had an amazing time this afternoon joining in on another Creative Mojo Art Session! This time, they crafted some fantastic 🍂 Autumn and 🎃 Halloween-inspired pieces! 👻🧡
Art activities like these offer our residents many benefits, such as improving manual dexterity and co-ordination, memory and cognitive function, mental health and mood, reduces stress and anxiety plus it's the perfect opportunity for social interaction and expression. They really enjoy themselves and feel a sense of accomplishment of their finished pieces. 🌟
St Ethelwold's Primary School Visit - 25th October 2024
We had a wonderful visit from St Ethelwold’s School today. The children treated us to a lovely performance and then enjoyed some colouring with our residents. 🎶🖍️ A big thank you to all the children and staff for brightening our day! 🥰

Afternoon Tea Party In Aid of Breast Cancer Now
Wednesday 16th October 2024 at 2pm
🎉 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Afternoon Tea Party Fundraiser this afternoon in support of Breast Cancer Now! We’re thrilled to announce that we raised an incredible £468! The day was filled with joy, including a special performance by a talented quartet from Missouri (now living here) who treated us to a beautiful a cappella performance. Gratitude to everyone who made the event a success - our amazing organisers, prize donors, helpers, and of course, our wonderful residents, always eager to lend a hand.

🎉 A huge congratulations to Val on reaching her 5-year milestone at Hollybank! 👏 Her dedication and compassion have made a world of difference to our residents and staff alike, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she does. Here's to many more wonderful years together! 💐
Bowling Day - 8th October 2024
🎳 Team Hollybank had a lovely afternoon at bowling! Everyone did really well and had so much fun. Activities like these are essential for the well-being of our residents and staff, promoting fun, movement, team work and laughter. Plus, a cheeky pint at the end was the perfect way to wrap up the day
