We had to find out mum emergency respite due to unforeseen circumstances. Manager Debbie came out the same day to assess and explain what Hollybank had to offer. Mum went in reluctantly but with the support and kindness of the staff she settled well, nothing was too much trouble and as a family we think they are all truly amazing. In the event that long term placement was needed, Hollybank would be our first call.

My nan has only been at Hollybank a short time, and in this time we are extremely grateful for the efforts of all the pleasant staff and team. The atmosphere is so nice and we don't have any concerns knowing that our Queen is in residence at Hollybank. Thankyou team Hollybank

Hollybank is a lovely friendly place, staff, meals and the entertainment are really good, mum at 93 years of age going bowling and looking forward to upcoming trips to the garden centre and Chester zoo. So pleased we chose Hollybank, since moving into Hollybank this is the best mum has looked in the last 12 months, thanks you for all of your hard work and all that you do

Our mum is is a resident in Hollybank Residential care Home and we couldn't be any happier and are so glad that we found this home. All care staff are so caring and loving to mum which seems to come naturally to them and means a lot to us knowing she is happy and safe. The owner and all the office staff are very obliging and readily sort out any questions we may have without any hesitation.

Our father has lived in Hollybank residential home since August 2020, he has always had great care, the staff and management are all very kind and caring and have become friends to all the family, we would recommend Hollybank to anyone who has to put their loved ones into care, the staff are all amazing.

I moved into Hollybank Residential Home in October 2022, the staff are all lovely and cant do enough for me, the food is excellent with plenty of choices, I loves it here.

My mother was a resident at Hollybank for 20 months. During that time my family felt she was well cared for by staff. Everything at the home is quite satisfactory. After viewing other homes in the area I wouldn't fail to recommend the home. The home is split into three houses each with its own individual care priorities. The place is clean and well cared for and doesn't smell unpleasant like some we visited. It offers beautiful surroundings and well cared for gardens which offer a lovely peaceful place to sit in the summer and warm days.

My mother has been a resident at Hollybank Care Home in Shotton for nearly 2 years, she is extremely happy. The management and staff are EXCELLENT. I feel that she is totally safe and well cared for. The carers and management staff are very interactive and if she is unwell they communicate very well and are quick to obtain medical advice when needed. I feel this is an extremely well-run home, with a very homely feel and would highly recommend it.
